Return & Exchanges


Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to love what you bought. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  info@kizunaaccessory.com for return instructions. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept any product returns that have been used or damaged.

Conditions of return
All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and in its original condition with the original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the product is used or tags missing, we may provide store credit based on our discretion.

We will only provide return or exchange if we received the returned item.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages and if incorrect return shipping address has been written. 

Cancellation
As much as we hate to see cancellation, please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours. 
If the order is marked as shipped or fulfilled, we cannot cancel the order. 
Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping charges if you decided to return the order. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to us, it takes up to 8-13 business days for us to process.
Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice on the return. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Due to hygiene and health reasons, all earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.  
All sales items cannot be returned/exchanged as well.
