All orders are shipped internationally from Vancouver, Canada.

All items will be shipped by Regular Post by Canada Post or USPS WITHOUT tracking.
Please select shipment upgrades during checkout if you wish to upgrade your parcel with tracking included.
Free shipping with orders $50 or above.
・International Shipments・
All items will be shipped by International Air by Canada Post WITHOUT tracking.
Please select shipment upgrades during checkout if you wish to upgrade your parcel with tracking included.
Free shipping with orders $100 or above.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
It usually ranges from 3-5 business days.
For urgent deliveries please contact us within 24 hours after placing an order.

As much as we want you to receive the items right away, we are unable to guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for and cannot predict delays in delivery.

We do accept pick up if you live in the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Due to the COVID 19, all deliveries have been delayed and normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We ask for your kind patience and wait a little longer beyond the normal delivery time range.
Please contact us immediately if you believe your order is lost in the mail.
