All orders are shipped internationally from Vancouver, Canada.

・Canada & United States Shipments・

All items will be shipped by Regular Post by Canada Post or USPS WITHOUT tracking.
Please select shipment upgrades during checkout if you wish to upgrade your parcel with tracking included.

Free shipping with orders $50 or above.

・International Shipments・

All items will be shipped by International Air by Canada Post WITHOUT tracking.
Please select shipment upgrades during checkout if you wish to upgrade your parcel with tracking included.

Free shipping with orders $100 or above.

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
It usually ranges from 3-5 business days.

For urgent deliveries please contact us within 24 hours after placing an order. 

Estimated shipping times
As much as we want you to receive the items right away, we are unable to guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for and cannot predict delays in delivery.

The below timeline is only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note the shipping time is when the postal office receives the item.
This does not take into account the processing time. 

North America: 6-15 business days
Europe: 9-30 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 9-30 business days
Asia Pacific: 9-30 business days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will also depend on the shipping method you choose.

Local Pickup
We do accept pick up if you live in the lower mainland of Vancouver, BC.

Please send us an email and we will try to work out a solution that works for us both!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Due to the COVID 19, all deliveries have been delayed and normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We ask for your kind patience and wait a little longer beyond the normal delivery time range. 

Please contact us immediately if you believe your order is lost in the mail.
Please be advised that if there is a mistake to the provided address, you must notify us immediately, or else we will not be held accountable or responsible for the incorrect address provided.
